Begbroke Village Hall is owned by the village and is set in a four acre field (*No dogs allowed!*) which includes a children's playground, bowling green and a community orchard. 

The building includes a main hall , kitchen, lounge, and a bar.

The hall has a wheelchair access ramp and disabled toilet, with baby changing facilities.

Hire of the hall includes the main hall and the kitchen, and is available for hire by residents, non residents and businesses
. The rates for hire are: residents £15.00 per hour up to 4 hours and £75 for a full day, for non residents £20 per hour or £100 per day. Terms and Conditions of hire can be found here.

The lounge is set aside for use by Begbroke Social Club, but can be available if not in use by the club on the booking day.

There is a hearing loop, WiFi, projector screen, and on request a PA system.

The bar can be booked for functions at an additional cost for the volunteer bar staff. (If available). 

Should you require the use of the Bar facilities, 12 days advance notice is required and an additional cost for the licence.

The Begbroke Social Club is responsible for the bar and enquires for use of the bar and sale of alcohol on the premises must be directed to them at: (Subject line - Bar Hire)

Unfortunately we are unable to accommodate 18 year old celebration parties due to past difficulties in controlling under-age drinking.

The main hall dimensions are 12 metres by 8.4 Metres (40 feet by 28 feet)

    The main hall has access to the Kitchen, and has three fire exit. The Bar can be opened when required. The hall was completely redecorated, including the floor having a reseal, in 2019.
